The Royal Room (executive conferencing – up to 12 delegates)This intimate air conditioned boardroom comprising a separate, detached building immediately adjoining the main building at Steynshoop Mountain Lodge, is set in natural gardens on the slope of the magnificent Magaliesberg.
A short walk from the reception area, it ensures an ideal environment for productive conferences or meetings.
The Royal Room is a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art conference facility with sweeping views of the Magaliesberg Range and valley.
Comfortably accommodating up to 12 delegates, The Royal Room provides an ideal facility for training and strategy sessions.
Whatever your business or private function, the Royal Room and staff at Steynshoop Mountain Lodge will ensure that you can conduct your business undisturbed and in comfort.
Should you wish to stay overnight, Steynshoop Mountain Lodge provides single-occupancy rooms for nine delegates, or (with two people sharing in each of the two luxury twin-bed rooms), eleven delegates. Any overspill accommodation required can be provided for, with luxury accommodation units at the immediately adjoining Steynshoop Valley Lodge, with the delegates concerned taking meals at the Mountain Lodge with the other delegates, and being taken by car to and from the Valley Lodge (which is one kilometre away) for their overnight stay.
The lodge is renowned for its excellent cuisine and delegates can enjoy individually prepared gourmet meals. All special meal requirements will be specifically catered for.
Conference Tariffs24 Hour Conference Package:
Inclusive of Accommodation, Dinner, Breakfast, Lunch, Mid-Morning and Mid afternoon Tea breaks, Pencils, Erasers, Flipcharts, mints and two waters per delegate per day (thereafter water will be charged).
Standard Room: R1 700.00 per delegate
Luxury Room: R1 900.00 per delegate

Full Day Conference Package:
Inclusive of Lunch, Mid-Morning and Mid Afternoon Tea breaks, pencils, erasers, flipcharts, mints, two water per delegate per day (thereafter water will be charged).

Inclusive of Lunch, Mid-Morning Tea break, pencil, erasers, flipchart, mints, one water per delegate per day (thereafter water will be charged).

In order to secure a provisional booking we would require a deposit of 50% of the total booking valued. The balance is payable before arrival. All extra charges will be billed to the company on departure.
